自己紹介

Akira Hayasaka, the President and CEO of the Hayasaka Clinic, is a Certified Medical Doctor, and a liver disease expert in Japan

Akira’s mission is to help patients recover from liver diseases, not only in Japan, but all over the world. With more than 30 years of experience in the medical field, Akira is a Board Certified Hepatologist of the Japan Society of Hepatology, a Board Certified Gastroenterologist in Japan, and Board Certified Member of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine. He is also a Board Councilor of The Japan Society of Hepatology, The Japanese Society of Gastroenterology and former Clinical associated professor of medicine at Chiba University School of Medicine.

His main medical focuses include liver disease (Hepatitis C and B), gastrointestinal disease, obesity, and anti-aging care. Akira graduated Chiba University School of Medicine with Summa Cum Laude high honors. He then started to work as a medical resident for six years at some hospitals before he became a member of the First Department of medicine chaired by late Professor Kunio Okuda). Outside of the clinic, Akira enjoys Kendo, reading, walking, and enjoying time with his wife, two sons, and two dogs.

昭和32年、神奈川県に生まれ。

幼稚園、小学校、中学校、高校時代は千葉県木更津市で、すばらしい友達に囲まれながら過ごしました。

千葉大学医学部に進み、勉学しつつ、剣道部に入部、同級生、先輩、後輩に鍛えられながら、楽しく、過ごしました。部活のない日は、アルバイトに忙しい質素な学生時代でした。

昭和57年3月に千葉大学医学部卒業。学生時代から、「打倒、肝硬変、慢性肝炎、肝臓癌」を卒業後の目標と決めていたので、当時、肝臓病診療を専門とする、世界的な肝臓病学者、故奥田邦雄教授のもとで修業したくて、同大学医学部第一内科に入局しました。

千葉大学医学部附属病院で内科研修後、君津中央病院、国立佐倉病院勤務致しました。

昭和60年、当時の肝臓研究室長、現在の埼玉県の「大西内科」院長　大西久仁彦先生、奥田邦雄教授の御紹介で、西ドイツ・ベルリン自由大学で2年間、米国フィラデルフィアのトーマス・ジェファーソン医科大学で、1年半弱、肝臓病、特に肝硬変の研究に従事させていただきました。

ドイツ、米国とも連日、夜遅くまで研究が続きましたので、ドイツではトルコ人の方々、米国では黒人の皆さま（当時は清掃などは、このような皆様が多く携わっていました。）から、昼間には学べない医学以外の、弱者の視点から両国の、そして人間全般に関して、いろいろな点を人生勉強させていただきました。いまでも、とても、感謝しております。
皆さんは、いつも、孤独なアジア人留学生にとても親切でした。

帰国後、再び、地元、君津中央病院内科に勤務する機会にめぐまれました。

平成5年より、千葉大学医学部第一内科助手を5年間勤めた後、三度めの君津中央病院勤務を内科部長兼消化器科部長として、肝臓病、消化器病の患者さんの診療を主として過ごして参りました。

平成17年9月には君津中央病院を退職し、同年10月17日に地元木更津畑沢南で、「はやさかクリニック」を開業させていただきました。

開業後は内科一般診療、消化器病、生活習慣病（糖尿病、高血圧、高脂血症（脂質異常症））の診療に加え、

今まで通り、肝臓病、特にウイルス性肝炎（C型、B型）の診療に力を入れて、肝硬変、肝臓癌への不安が強い方々のお役にたてるよう努力しております。
また、多数の自己免疫性肝炎、原発性胆汁性肝硬変症の患者さんの診療にもあたっております。

平成21年組織を「肝臓」を「健康」にしたいとの長年の診療上の願いから、医療法人社団　「肝健会」とさせていただきました。
